We offer a 30-day trial to see if this will be a good fit for your business. You have the option to choose a payment plan of either month-to-month, quarterly or annually. A lot of time and work goes into setting up your account, customer loyalty system and automated text marketing process. After the trial period you also have the option to cancel prior to being billed for your subscription, should you choose not to continue.

For these reasons, we do not offer refunds after the subscription process starts. If you ever feel stuck in any way, please reach out to us. We are committed to working with you to help your business succeed.

A designated toll-free number, that’s registered to your business comes standard. At this time, we cannot port your own phone number for texting.

We provide a done-for-you service and will set up recurring automated SMS messages on your behalf. We’ll work together with you to send your weekly messages, promotions, announcements, upcoming events, and specials.

Currently, we do not allow clients access to the texting platform. We believe our done-for-you model better serves small local businesses.

We prioritize ethical and best practices in sending text messages. Our goal is to protect you, the business owner, from any potential violations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Some people may also want to use their mobile phone to send marketing messages. We do not allow connecting your own SIM card to our marketing platform. The Fair Use acts of almost every major cell phone carrier state that this connection can lead to service termination. It’s a poor business practice, and we advise against it.

For these reasons, we’ve decided to restrict access to our texting platform. This protects our company and clients while offering what we think is a better solution for local businesses. We know there are many text marketing companies that do offer platform access, and this can be good and beneficial for many businesses. If this is what you are needing, we would encourage you to look at these other options. And we can still be friends 🙂

While local, 10DLC phone numbers are popular with local businesses, toll-free numbers are generally a better choice than 10DLC/A2P when using for SMS marketing purposes. Therefore, we recommend and purchase toll-free numbers for our clients.

  • Toll-free numbers convey legitimacy and trust
  • Toll-free numbers have higher throughput (number of messages sent per second)
  • Toll-free numbers are generally quicker and less expensive to register. You can get up and running sooner

MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) supports multimedia content such as images, audio and GIFs.

SMS (Short Message Service) is limited to text. You can use emojis in your SMS messages, however the 160 character limit will be reduced to around 70 characters per segment. You can also add text links in your SMS messages.

While MMS offers additional media advantages, its also a lot more expensive. SMS remains a cost-effective option for simple text-based messages and notifications. SMS is seen as more relational (think family and friends), whereas MMS can appear to be more spammy.

For the purposes of marketing and ongoing customer engagement, it is strongly preferred to use SMS. SMS messages are more direct, quicker to read, more relational, compatible with virtually every mobile device, and less expensive. In order to maximize the value of customer engagement, we only send SMS messages.

With our done-for-you system, you are not directly purchasing individual text credits, per se. We install a lump sum of 2,000 SMS credits into your account each month, to be used for that particular month. One credit is equal to one SMS segment of 160 characters. Unused monthly lump sum credits do not roll over to the next month.

However, if you would like to accumulate more credits for future use, you can purchase the following credit packages:

  • 500 credits: $25.00 ($.05 ea.)
  • 1000 credits: $45.00 ($.045 ea.)
  • 2500 credits: $105.00 ($.042 ea.)
  • 5000 credits: $200.00 ($.04 ea.)
  • 7500 credits: $277.50 ($.037 ea.)
  • 10000 credits: $350.00 ($.035 ea.)

Note: If you purchase an individual credit package, you will not lose these credits. Any unused credits from a credit package will roll over into the following month and are safely stored in your account for future use.
